RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at BonkBand.
While we hope you love our product, we are here to help if you are not entirely satisfied.

RETURNS
From the date you received it, you have 30 days to return your BonkBand Headband and/or Ice Packs.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS
To return your item, please email us at info@bonkband.com.
You will receive a reply email outlining the steps for a return.
The email will include a return shipping label.
We recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returning of your BonkBand Headband and/or Ice Packs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If using our prepaid return shipping label, when receiving your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
